The JavaHelp/JWS launch files (and associated web pages) can be built using Ant - once it has been configured to point to an installed version of the JavaHelp SDK (see the properties of the build file for more details).
The build files are made available under
whatever license is most conducive to getting it included in the SDK
(with hosting off the JavaHelp home site).
The HelpSetter, code is based closely on the
HelpButton applet, so may already have inherited the
HelpButton license by default (shrugs -
IANAL).
Following are the versions of the archive available. Please ensure you are using the latest version (#1 on the list below), before seeking help.

These pages represent a project aimed at getting JWS hosting of JavaHelp, at the JavaHelp home site. They are made in the form they might eventually appear at the JavaHelp site, and as such, sometimes give false or misleading information.
Note to JavaHelp content developers:
Remove this message from src/conf/fragments/html.page.bottom.htmlf
before generating the build for the JavaHelp site proper!
